Learn how to register for the Campus Rental Platform using your ASSCAT credentials

Who Can Register?

The ASSCAT Campus Rental Platform is exclusively for verified ASSCAT community members

Students

Current ASSCAT students with valid student ID and official student email address

Instructors

Faculty members with official ASSCAT faculty email address

Staff

ASSCAT staff members with official staff email address

Registration Process

Prepare Your Information

Gather the required information before starting your registration. Different user types have different requirements.

Students Need:
  • Student ID (e.g., 2021-00001)
  • ASSCAT Email (@asscat.edu.ph)
  • Full name (as in school records)
  • Phone number (optional)
Instructors Need:
  • Faculty Email (@asscat.edu.ph)
  • Full name
  • Employee ID (optional)
  • Phone number (optional)
Staff Need:
  • Staff Email (@asscat.edu.ph)
  • Full name
  • Employee ID (optional)
  • Phone number (optional)

Fill Out the Registration Form

Complete all required fields in the registration form. The form will automatically adjust based on your selected user type.

Pro Tips:
  • Use your official ASSCAT email address - this is crucial for validation
  • Double-check your student ID format (e.g., 2021-00001, not 2021-1)
  • Use the same name as in your ASSCAT records
  • Choose a strong password with at least 6 characters

Automatic ASSCAT Validation

Our system will automatically verify your credentials against the official ASSCAT database. This ensures platform security and authenticity.

For Students:

We verify that your student ID exists in our database and that it matches your email address exactly.

For Faculty & Staff:

We verify that your email domain is the official ASSCAT domain (@asscat.edu.ph).

Email Verification

After successful validation, you'll receive a verification email at your ASSCAT email address. Check your inbox and click the verification link to activate your account.

Important Notes:
  • Check your spam/junk folder if you don't see the email
  • The verification link expires in 24 hours
  • You can request a new verification email if needed
  • You cannot log in until your email is verified

Start Using the Platform

Once your account is verified, you can log in and start using all platform features: browse items, list your own items for rent, and connect with the ASSCAT community.

Common Issues & Solutions

"Student ID not found"
  • Double-check your student ID format
  • Ensure you're using your current student ID
  • Contact the registrar if you believe this is an error
"Email doesn't match records"
  • Use your official ASSCAT email address
  • Check for typos in your email
  • Contact IT support if your email has changed
